What are the school hours?

8:00 am - 3:15 pm

Do you have a dress code?

Mount de Sales students wear a uniform which must be ordered from Lands' End. During cool weather, official MDS outerwear is also offered through Lands' End. Click here to review the dress code and link to the MDS Lands' End page.

Can my student shadow another student for the day?

Yes, we offer a shadow program. Prospective parents should call the Director of Admissions (478-751-3244) to schedule a day for their child to shadow a Mount de Sales student. Typically, the prospective student will spend the entire day, but alternative arrangements can be made. Shadow days are held on the third Tuesday of each month.

Do you have bus service?

We currently offer morning pick-up and afternoon return service to/from Sacred Heart Church in Warner Robins, GA, for families in that vicinity. For more information, please contact the Admissions Office.

What sports do you offer?

Mount de Sales fields teams in: baseball, basketball, non-competitive cheerleading, clay shooting, cross country, football, golf, lacrosse, marching band, soccer, softball, swimming, tennis, track, wrestling, volleyball.

Do you offer scholarships/financial aid?

Financial Aid: Mount de Sales Academy is pleased to offer limited need-based financial aid for qualified families. All interested families must request a financial aid application or apply online through FACTS at: www.factstuitionaid.com . The application is submitted for review through FACTS, a report is sent to Mount de Sales, and awards are made in conjunction with admissions decisions in the fall and spring. Families must reapply each year in order to be considered for financial aid.

Scholarships: Mount de Sales offers several merit and need-based scholarships, including: Francis de Sales Scholarship - for incoming 6th grade students (merit); Mercy Scholarship - for rising 9th grade students (merit); McAuley Scholarship - for rising 9th grade students (merit); Diocesan Scholarship - for African American, Native American and Hispanic students (need-based, eligible with MDS admission application and completion of FACTS financial aid application);
Goizueta Scholars Fund Scholarship - for Hispanic students (need-based, separate application required, must apply and qualify for financial aid through FACTS); GRACE Scholarship - for families of all faiths coming from a primary or secondary public school (need-based, separate application required, must apply and qualify for financial aid through FACTS).

Mike Garvin Scholarship Fund - for rising 9th grade students who posses an interest in athletics and mathematics - need based - eligible with MDS admission application, completion of FACTS, and teacher/coach recommendation letter.

Monsignor John Cuddy Scholarship Fund - for Catholic students - need based - eligible with MDS admission application, completion of FACTS financial aid application, and priest recommendation letter.

Georgia Special Needs Scholarship - families are held to the same tuition policies and procedures as all other MDS families. Students eligible for the GSNS will be able to indicate on the MDS admissions application. The Business Office will notify parents when checks are to be endorsed. Any of the offered payment plans are acceptable for GSNS families.
